I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Iowa. My research interests focus on the intersections of emerging technologies, journalistic practice, and political communication, with particular attention to how digital platforms influence the democratization of information and cultural production within marginalized communities.
I also have extensive professional experience as a media producer, educator, and digital strategist. I have led projects in video production, website design, social media management, and content development, working across academic institutions, media organizations, and independent platforms.
